Headquartered in San Francisco, Qipit is a wholly owned affiliate of Realeyes3D, whose products have been embedded in over 56 million camera phones. Launched in 2001, the company creates camera phone features and services for personal productivity and mobile messaging. Realeyes3D is headquartered in Paris, France, with Asian operations in Hong Kong, and is privately held.

Oh yeah, Qipit is pronounced quip it. We capitalize the Q when referring to the service and leave the q in lower case when referring to the processed document. For example, the Qipit service produces really nice qipits.
